Wholesale (B2B) Policy

This policy outlines the terms for retailers and distributors ("Partners") approved for a wholesale account with AJ TECH (AJ Interlink USA LLC). This policy is supplemental to our main Terms and Conditions.

1. Account Approval

To become a wholesale Partner, you must apply through our wholesale portal and be approved by our team. We require a valid business registration and resale certificate (or EIN for tax-exempt purchases). We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion.

2. Confidentiality & Pricing

All wholesale pricing is confidential and must not be shared with the public or any third party. Your approved wholesale discount is applied to the list price shown on the Site and is not combinable with other promotions.

3. Orders & Payments

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): A minimum order value of $250 is required for all wholesale purchases.
• Payment Terms: All wholesale orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless separate credit terms (e.g., Net 30) have been pre-approved in writing by our finance department.

4. Third-Party Marketplace Restrictions (Amazon, eBay)

To protect our brand and manage our B2C channels, Partners are expressly prohibited from reselling AJ TECH products on third-party marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, and Walmart Marketplace, without prior written consent from AJ TECH.

This restriction applies to all global marketplace domains. Failure to comply will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your wholesale account.

5. MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Policy

AJ TECH does not currently enforce a MAP policy, but we reserve the right to implement one in the future. We expect our Partners to represent our products professionally and avoid predatory pricing.

6. Termination

AJ TECH may terminate a wholesale account at any time, for any reason, including non-compliance with these terms, price-sharing, or marketplace violations.
