These SMS Terms of Service govern the AJ Tech Order Updates text message program run by AJ Interlink USA LLC, doing business as AJ Tech ("AJ Tech", "we", "us" or "our"), 2828 Forest Ln, Ste 1091, Dallas, TX 75234.

Program terms

By providing your mobile phone number and enrolling in the AJ Tech Order Updates program, you agree to receive recurring transactional text messages (order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, and purchase receipts) from AJ Tech (AJ Interlink USA LLC). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. For additional assistance, contact [email protected] or call (214) 444-6611. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participation in this program is subject to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

What we send

Transactional messages only: order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, purchase receipts, and replies to customer service requests you start. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How you opt in

Text messages are optional. You enroll only by ticking an unticked consent box on www.ajtech.shop, in one of two places:

• the sign-up page www.ajtech.shop/sms, where you enter your name and mobile number and tick the consent box (at our event booths, the QR code on our sign opens this same page); or

• the optional box "Yes, text me order and shipping updates from AJ Tech" under the phone number field at checkout.

Giving us a phone number with an order, without ticking the box, does not enroll you. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you can buy from us without signing up.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Messages are sent only about your own orders and the requests you make.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details of your plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed and no further messages after that. To join again, sign up at www.ajtech.shop/sms.

Privacy
