How long do I have to return or exchange a product?
Returns for verified factory defects must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date. Exchanges follow the same 7-day window. All details are in our Return & Exchange Policy.
Do you ship internationally?
All wholesale orders are sold Ex Works (EXW) Dallas, Texas under Incoterms 2020. The buyer arranges transportation and handles customs clearance. Retail orders ship within the United States. See our Shipping Policy.
What payment methods do you accept for wholesale orders?
Wholesale orders require 100% payment in advance. We do not offer credit, financing, or net payment terms. See our Wholesale (B2B) Policy.
How do I become a wholesale customer?
Complete our Wholesale Client Onboarding form with your business documentation (Tax ID, business license, photo ID). Our B2B team reviews applications within 2 business days.
