Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with AJ TECH. We are committed to providing quality products and clear policies. Please read the following carefully to understand our procedures for returns and exchanges.
This policy applies to all purchases of consumer electronic goods and novelty items made in the United States through our website, ajtech.shop.
1. Returns (Defective Products Only)
We accept returns for a full refund only for products that are defective upon arrival or fail due to a manufacturing defect.
- Timeframe: You must notify us of the defect within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: The item must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and a copy of the proof of purchase (order confirmation or packing slip).
- Verification: All returned products will be inspected by our team to verify the defect.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Please contact our customer support team via our contact form at ajtech.shop/contact. Include your order number and a clear description of the defect.
- Please provide photographic or video evidence of the defect to help us assess the issue.
- If your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Refunds: Once we receive the item and verify the defect, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Original shipping charges will also be refunded only in the case of a verified defective product.
What is not considered a defect? This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, liquid damage, unauthorized modification, or cosmetic wear and tear.
2. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for non-defective items, subject to the following conditions.
- Timeframe: You must request an exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.
Condition: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:
- Unused and unopened in its original, sealed manufacturer packaging.
- If the packaging is opened, the item must be in pristine, as-new condition with no signs of use.
- All original accessories, manuals, and parts must be included.
Process:
- Contact our support team via our contact form at ajtech.shop/contact. Include your order number and the item you wish to exchange it for.
- Once approved, you will be responsible for shipping the original item back to us. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- Shipping Costs: You (the customer) are responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange (both the cost to return the original item and the cost to ship the new item to you).
Price Difference:
- If the new item is more expensive, you will be required to pay the price difference before the new item is shipped.
- If the new item is less expensive, the remaining balance will be issued to you as store credit.
3. General Terms & Conditions
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
- Software, digital downloads, or gift cards.
- Products with obvious signs of customer use or damage.
- Items returned without all original packaging and accessories.
- Right to Refuse: AJ TECH (DBA for AJ Interlink USA LLC) reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
